As you know by now I love green smoothies! I love how they taste, how they make my skin glow, how they help me maintain a healthy, lean body, and I especially love the fact they take so little time to prepare.
They just make life so much easier when it comes to making sure you’re eating a significant amount of fruit and leafy green vegetables every day.

And the great thing about making the habit of drinking green smoothies every day is that it doesn’t require a lot of time or preparation, it’s pretty straightforward. All you need is a high-speed blender, your favourite fruit and a leafy green type of your choice and 10 minutes…
That is all.
And when you’ve made the green smoothie you have the choice of drinking it straight away, storing it in the fridge where it will keep fresh for up to 2 days or putting it in a portable container and gulping it down on your way to work or school if you don’t have time to sit and eat breakfast at home in the morning. So convenient!

And today I’m about to make it even easier for you to embrace the green smoothie lifestyle by sharing a 3 ingredient green smoothie recipe. The ingredients used for this smoothie are relatively cheap and very accessible. In fact, they’re probably in your kitchen right now…
Ready to blend up some deliciousness?
3 Ingredients Green Smoothie
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of strawberries
And of course, you will need 1 cup of water to blend your ingredients with.
In your high-speed blender add the cup of water with the spinach and blend until smooth
Add the bananas and strawberries and blend again until smooth
Serve & Enjoy!
