Spiced Pear Green Smoothie
1-2 cups of spinach
1 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Blend the almond milk with the spinach
Add the dates, hemp seeds and pear and blend again
Add the banana and cinnamon powder and blend until smooth.
