Below is the ultimate smoothie recipe to help you get your glow on!
Anti-Ageing Blueberry Green Smoothie
2 cups of Spinach
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
2 celery sticks
Juice of 1 lime
1 inch of ginger
1 cup of water
- In your blender add the spinach with the water and bananas and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixed berries, blueberries and celery sticks and blend again.
- Squeeze in the lime juice, add the ginger and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
