I’ve shared The Tropical Green Smoothie recipe already but today I have a tropical smoothie recipe with a twist. It’s a great recipe for weight loss and maintaining overall health. It contains parsley, which is a fantastic herb with amazing health benefits.
Herbs contain compounds that bind together and get rid of many toxins in the body including heavy metals. They’re also a blood purifier and support the liver and kidneys. Not to mention they taste amazing in green smoothies. So refreshing and delicious!
Parsley aids in digestion, boost up the immune system and is loaded with antioxidants. The leafy green used for this smoothie is kale, which is also a great detox food and full of beautifying minerals and fibre.
Tropical Twist Green Smoothie
1 cups of kale
1/2 cup of parsley
1 cup of mango
1 cup Pineapple
1 cup of water
Blend the kale and parsley with water until smooth
Add the pineapple and mango and blend again
Add the bananas and blend everything together until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
