Strawberry Oats Spinach Smoothie
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
½ cup of oats
1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
Blend the oats with soy milk until smooth
Add the spinach and blend again
Add the strawberries and bananas and blend all together until smooth
